My husband and I found Derrick through Zillow. We were in our early stage of looking for a home. We had great conversation from the beginning and shared a common love for our daughters. At that time we were not quite ready but let him know that we would reach out to him once we were. A couple months passed and we called him up. We were transparent with him and let him know we were going to use our VA loan. He linked us up with a great lender who worked hard to get us a great rate in the current market. Then we began home hunting. Throughout the process, Derrick was diligent in answering our questions. Which we had many, as first time buyers. Overall, it was a good experience that I won't ever forget. I will say, through it all he kept calm and always reminded us of the good things when we felt discouraged. Thank you Derrick, for helping us find our home!

I’ve known Derrick for some time, and he has always stood out as a genuinely good person and a devoted family man. His impeccable work ethic and professionalism shine in every interaction. Derrick consistently goes above and beyond, always thinking of his clients and making them feel valued and supported. If you're looking for a realtor who truly puts his clients first and brings unmatched dedication to the table, Derrick is the one. I look forward to collaborating with him again in the future!
